Hello! This is a quick message to let you know that the Spring course listings are now up at Muse. We’re now offering Nancy McCabe’s 10-week course “The Shapes of Stories” and Megan Baxter’s 5-week course “Memoir in Collage,” each opening on April 28th, as well as a self-guided version of a course of my design, “Writing the Lyric Essay,” opening March 25th. (Please note that “Writing the Lyric Essay” is now self-guided, which is a change from what I originally posted last week.) All course listings are here, and more information is below.
Also, if you will be at the AWP Conference in Kansas City later this week, you might be interested my panel “Fragmented Inheritances: Lyric Essay and Intergenerational Trauma,” which is on Thursday, 10:35-11:50am. The other participants are poet-essayists Kiki Petrosino, James Allen Hall, and Rajiv Mohabir. I’m excited to present with these excellent writers, and I hope to see some of you there!
